Omaxe Limited is a Delhi-NCR based real estate developer, founded in 1987, that plans, builds and sells residential, commercial and integrated township projects. It earns by selling apartments, plots, villas and commercial/retail space, and by leasing owned shopping malls, office premises and hotel properties to operators and hotel chains. The company also executes third-party construction contracts and, through its newer BeTogether vertical, develops projects in public-private partnership with government bodies, such as bus-port projects with UPSRTC. Since listing in 2007, Omaxe has expanded from Delhi-NCR into Tier 2/3 towns across north and central India, delivering residential, commercial and township developments.
