Arkade Developers is a Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) focused residential real estate developer that earns revenue by acquiring land or redevelopment rights, constructing residential (and some commercial) towers, and selling the built-up carpet area to homebuyers. Its project mix spans society redevelopment (rehousing existing residents plus selling additional flats) and greenfield development on directly acquired land, executed through an in-house team covering land acquisition, design, construction, contracts, QA/QC, CRM and sales, supplemented by external architects and consultants. The company has historically concentrated on Mumbai's western, eastern and south suburbs and has recently expanded into the central corridor via Thane.
