What AGI Infra does
AGI Infra Limited develops and constructs residential group-housing (flats) projects in Jalandhar, Punjab, earning revenue from the sale of these constructed units. It builds using MIVAN aluminium-formwork technology for faster, high-precision high-rise construction and designs several projects to LEED green-building standards, with rooftop solar, rainwater harvesting and dual-plumbing water-saving systems. Actual construction execution on its residential projects is carried out by a related party, AGI Construction Private Limited, under long-term Group Housing construction contracts. The company also owns a wholly-owned subsidiary, AGI Cold Chain Private Limited, set up for cold-storage warehousing and leasing, though it remains a very small unit outside the core real-estate business.
