Puravankara is a Bengaluru-headquartered real estate developer with a five-decade operating history, building residential and commercial projects across nine Indian cities plus an international project in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It runs a three-brand residential portfolio - Purva for luxury housing, Provident for mid-income homes, and Purva Land for plotted developments - and earns by acquiring land, developing residential and commercial properties, and selling or leasing completed space.
