What Sustainable Ener does

Sustainable Energy Infra Trust (SEIT) is a SEBI-registered Infrastructure Investment Trust that owns and operates a portfolio of eight operational solar power generation projects across India, held through special purpose vehicles (SPVs) including Megasolis Renewables, Astra Solren, Brightsolar Renewable Energy, Mega Suryaurja, Neo Solren and Emergent Solren. It earns revenue by generating and selling solar power under long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) with counterparties such as SECI, NTPC, DMRC and MPPMCL, and passes through the resulting net distributable cash flows to unitholders. The Trust is managed by Sustainable Energy Infra Investment Managers Private Limited (Investment Manager) and Green Energy Infra Project Managers Private Limited (Project Manager), is sponsored by Mahindra Susten Private Limited and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board (via its Ontario entities), with Axis Trustee Services Limited as trustee.
