Zydus Wellness Limited manufactures and markets a portfolio of health, nutrition and personal-care brands across two core segments, Food & Nutrition and Personal Care, earning through sale of packaged consumer products via general trade, modern trade, e-commerce and quick-commerce channels in India and overseas. Its own production is backed by third-party (3P) manufacturers in India and abroad, and it has grown through acquisitions such as Heinz India (Complan, Glucon-D, Nycil), Carnation Nutra Science (RiteBite Max Protein) and, internationally, Comfort Click/Alidac UK (WeightWorld, Animigo, maxmedix). The company sources agricultural inputs such as milk directly and indirectly from a farmer network and distributes products through a multi-tier network of distributors, wholesalers and direct retail outreach.
