Aditya Birla Capital Limited is the holding company for the Aditya Birla Group's financial services businesses, operating through subsidiaries and joint ventures across non-banking lending, housing finance, life and health insurance, mutual fund asset management, stock and securities broking, and an asset reconstruction (ARC) platform. It earns primarily by lending to retail, SME and HNI customers, underwriting insurance policies, and managing/servicing investor assets for fees. Customers are served through a network of co-located "One ABC" branches, dedicated business-line branches, and a large channel-partner and digital-platform ecosystem, with proprietary apps such as ABCD (consumer/D2C) and Udyog Plus (MSME/B2B) used for direct sourcing and servicing.
