Arihant Superstructures Limited Q1 FY27
What went well
- Sales bookings for Q1 FY27 amounted to ₹173 crores, representing a 15% year-on-year increase in value and area.
- Collections for the quarter stood at ₹161 crores, registering a robust 28% yearly growth.
- The Gross Development Value (GDV) has significantly increased from ₹6,000 crores to ₹14,000 crores over the last five years without substantial fundraise.
What to watch
- Overall sales speed has been mediocre due to geopolitical tensions, crude oil movements, and foreign currency fluctuations.
- The company faces a shortage of skilled manpower across labor, engineering, and sales functions.
What Arihant Superstructures Limited does
Arihant Superstructures develops residential real estate projects spanning affordable, mid-income and luxury (villa) segments across 12 micro-markets of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (Vashi, Panvel, Thane, Kharghar, Kalyan, Karjat, Shilphata, Taloja, Titwala, Badlapur, Khopoli) and in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. It runs an integrated in-house model covering land acquisition and procurement, liaison, design and engineering, EPC construction, and marketing and sales, and also undertakes joint-development/joint-venture projects on an asset-light basis. The company has diversified into hospitality and annuity-income assets, including a luxury villa township with an attached gymkhana and hotel, and a separate hotel in Khopoli. It earns revenue by selling residential units (pre-sales converting to booked revenue as construction and delivery progress) and, going forward, from hotel and membership/event income.
