What Centrum Capital Limited does

Centrum Capital is the holding company of a diversified financial-services group. Its Investment Banking division advises corporates on Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Debt Syndication and Infrastructure Advisory, while its Wealth and Institutional & Retail Broking businesses service HNIs, family offices, FIIs, mutual funds and domestic institutions. Modulus Alternatives runs private-credit funds, and Centrum Housing Finance offers affordable home loans, loans against property and self-construction loans to borrowers in tier 2 and tier 3 cities. The group also holds a stake in Unity Small Finance Bank, which offers consumer banking, business banking, inclusive (MSME/microfinance) banking, treasury solutions and SME & transaction banking through a pan-India branch and digital network.
