Its sole associate is Jindal India Powertech Limited (JIPL), in which its equity stake was diluted from 49.93% to 21.12% during FY25 following conversion of JIPL's Optionally Convertible Preference Shares into equity, even though the number of JPIFCL's own shares held remained unchanged.
