Chavda Infra Limited is a fully integrated EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) company that executes private-sector construction projects across the entire real estate value chain -- planning, design, engineering, procurement, construction and quality assurance. It builds residential towers, commercial buildings and institutional facilities (hospitals, schools, hostels) for leading real estate developers and corporates, mostly on a nomination (repeat-client) basis. The company also runs ready-mix concrete (RMC) operations and a refurbishment yard through its subsidiary Chavda RMC LLP to support in-house material supply and captive consumption.
