What DLF Limited does

DLF develops and sells residential real estate — high-rise condominiums, low-rise independent floors, plotted developments and shop-cum-offices — and earns recurring income by leasing office space and retail malls, largely through its DCCDL platform. It also operates a hospitality vertical (hotels, clubs, F&B) and a services/asset-management business. With roughly eight decades of experience and 178 projects developed, its operations are concentrated in Gurugram, with a growing footprint in Chennai, Mumbai, Goa and other cities.
