What Knowledge Realty Trust does
Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT) is a real estate investment trust that owns, develops and leases Grade-A commercial office parks to corporate occupiers, earning rental income from long-term leases across its portfolio. Its 26 office assets span the Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mumbai markets and are leased to global capability centres (GCCs), technology, BFSI, engineering and other multinational and domestic tenants. Beyond its completed portfolio, KRT carries an under-construction development pipeline (including a new block at Sattva Global City, Bengaluru) and a right-of-first-offer (ROFO) pipeline for future asset acquisitions from its sponsor group.
