What Godrej Properties Limited does

Godrej Properties develops and sells residential real estate (group housing and plotted developments) across major Indian cities, primarily through an asset-light joint development / outright land-sourcing model rather than owning large land banks outright. It also runs a small commercial (office) leasing business and operates Godrej Living, a wholly-owned post-handover community management subsidiary. The company is part of the Godrej Industries Group and carries the Godrej brand into real estate development, execution and sales.
