Eveready Industries manufactures and markets dry-cell batteries, flashlights, and lighting/electrical products under the Eveready brand, first sold in India in 1905 by a company incorporated in 1934. It operates manufacturing plants across India, including a new dedicated greenfield alkaline-battery facility in Jammu, and sells through a pan-India distribution network of dealers and retail outlets.
