What Grand Continent does
Grand Continent Hotels leases hotel properties on 10–15-year terms rather than owning real estate, and operates them either under franchise tie-ups with established hospitality brands (Regenta by Royal Orchid Hotels, Golden Tulip by Sarovar Hotels) or under its own Grand Continent / GC Premiere brand. It earns income from room bookings, food & beverage, and banquet/conference facilities across its portfolio of business, leisure and spiritual-circuit hotels in mid-priced and upper-mid-priced segments. The company began with a single 54-key Bengaluru hotel in 2011 and has since expanded across South, North and West India and, from FY26, into the United States (Springfield, Omaha, North Platte) and Dubai.
