It was promoted by GIC Re and GIPSA (General Insurance) companies, which together hold about 42% of its shareholding. Loans are sourced through its own branch network, a wholly-owned sourcing subsidiary, DSA agents, digital leads, direct marketing and customer referrals, and are funded by borrowings raised from banks, the capital market (NCDs, commercial paper) and refinance from the National Housing Bank.
