What BEML Land Assets Limited does

BEML Land Assets Limited (BLAL) was carved out via demerger of BEML Limited's identified surplus/non-core land parcels and incorporated in 2021, with shares listed on BSE and NSE from April 2023. Its core activity is completing title transfer/registration of these inherited land parcels across India and preparing to lease out or otherwise monetize them once approvals are obtained from the Board and DIPAM through the Administrative Ministry. The company has not yet commenced revenue-generating commercial operations.
