Jio Financial Services is the financial-services arm demerged from Reliance Industries, operating a digital-first '360-degree' platform across four pillars — Borrow, Invest, Transact and Protect. It runs its businesses through subsidiaries and joint ventures: Jio Credit (NBFC lending), Jio Payments Bank, Jio Payment Solutions (merchant payments), Jio Insurance Broking, and JioBlackRock Asset Management. It earns primarily from net interest income on its loan book and fee/commission income from payments processing, insurance broking and asset management, distributed largely through the JioFinance and MyJio apps.
