What Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Limited does
Prudent Corporate Advisory Services operates a business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) model that distributes financial products through a nationwide network of independent mutual fund distributors (MFDs), earning recurring commission from asset management companies rather than selling directly to retail investors at scale. Its technology backbone, FundzBazar, gives MFDs a single platform to onboard clients, transact and service mutual funds, insurance, NPS, bonds, fixed deposits, unlisted securities, PMS/AIF and Smallcase portfolios. Beyond mutual funds, the group distributes life and general insurance through its subsidiary Gennext (an IRDAI-registered insurance broker), offers retail stock broking and allied services, and runs a dedicated wealth-management vertical, Prudent Private Wealth, for HNI clients.
