It earns primarily by taking deposits (savings, current and term) and lending to retail, agri, MSME, mid-corporate and large-corporate borrowers, supplemented by fee income, treasury operations on its investment book, and third-party distribution of insurance, investment and wealth-management products through partner tie-ups. The bank runs a Digital Center of Excellence for analytics-led product design and digital-first customer acquisition, and operates KBL Services Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary.
