It runs four business engines: an RBI-licensed Authorized Dealer-Category-II foreign-exchange and prepaid-card business (forex cards, TC Pay, remittances); B2B and B2C travel under the Thomas Cook and SOTC brands covering corporate travel, MICE, destination management (Asian Trails, Private Safaris, Allied T Pro, Desert Adventures) and outbound/domestic holidays; Sterling Holiday Resorts, a pan-India leisure-resort chain; and Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging (DEI), a souvenir/photo-imaging business embedded inside theme parks and tourist attractions globally. It earns through forex margins and float income on prepaid cards, travel commissions and mark-ups, resort room/F&B revenue, and per-visitor imaging sales.
