Hampton Sky Realty Limited (formerly Ritesh Properties and Industries Limited) is a Ludhiana, Punjab-focused real estate developer with residential and commercial projects such as Hampton Homes, Hampton Court Business Park, Hampton Estate/Hampton High Street and Hampton Plaza. It has diversified into healthcare via a 200-bed superspeciality hospital being built in partnership with Narayana Hospitals, and into hospitality via two hotels in Ludhiana being developed with Indian Hotels Company (Gateway brand) and its subsidiary Roots Corporation Limited (Ginger brand). The group also operates the CBSE-affiliated Narayana E-Techno School and holds a majority (55%) stake in a real-estate partnership firm, Finton Homes.
