What RDB Infrastruc. does

RDB Infrastructure and Power Limited (formerly RDB Realty & Infrastructure Limited) develops and executes housing, integrated-township, shopping-mall, commercial-complex and government infrastructure projects, handing over completed residential/commercial space on completion. During FY2024-25 the company demerged its Realty Business Undertaking to RDB Real Estate Constructions Limited under an NCLT-approved Scheme of Arrangement, and renamed itself to reflect a strategic diversification into the power and energy sector. It continues to execute a pipeline of ongoing construction projects, a mix of government and private works, alongside this transition into power/energy activities.
