What RDB Real Estate does
RDB Real Estate Constructions Limited develops and sells or leases residential and commercial real estate. Its Residential Projects arm builds hi-tech integrated townships and group housing developments, while its Commercial Projects arm builds and sells or leases out office spaces, malls and shops. The company, along with its subsidiaries and an associate company, is engaged in construction activities and also provides rental services. It became the flagship listed real-estate entity of the RDB Group in 2025 after the realty business of RDB Realty & Infrastructure Limited was demerged into it via an NCLT-sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement.
