What Aegis Logistics Limited does

Aegis Logistics builds, owns and operates tank terminals for LPG and bulk liquid chemicals at major Indian ports, earning fee-based third-party logistics (3PL) income from storage, terminalling and handling for oil and chemical companies. On the gas side it also sources LPG internationally and distributes it to end customers across India through bottling plants, industrial/commercial/domestic cylinders and Autogas fuel stations, while the liquid business additionally offers EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) services for tank-farm infrastructure. The company runs its terminalling business through joint ventures with global partners, including Royal Vopak (Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd) and an LPG sourcing tie-up with Itochu in Singapore.
