Capri Global Capital Limited is a systemically important, retail-focused diversified NBFC that began operations in 2011, extending secured loans to self-employed and salaried individuals across MSME (incl. Micro LAP and Solar), Gold Loan, Housing Finance (through subsidiary CGHFL) and Construction Finance. It earns through interest income on its loan book and fee/commission income from co-lending partnerships, insurance distribution (life, general and health policies underwritten by third-party insurers) and car loan distribution (through subsidiary CLCPPL). Loan origination, underwriting, collections and customer engagement are run on in-house digital platforms, with dedicated technology centres in Gurgaon, Noida and Bangalore.
