CSB Bank is a private-sector bank headquartered in Kerala, the oldest such bank in the state, promoted by FIH Mauritius Investments Ltd, an entity backed by the Fairfax Group. It serves retail customers, MSMEs, corporate clients, agricultural borrowers and high-net-worth/digital banking customers through a branch network spread across metropolitan, urban, semi-urban and rural India. Gold loans (lending against pledged household gold) form a core, distinctive line of business alongside wholesale/corporate lending, a dedicated Business Lending Group for MSME/business banking, and treasury operations funded by retail deposits.
