What Deep Industries Limited does

Deep Industries provides oilfield support services across the post-exploration value chain for oil and gas producers such as ONGC, covering natural gas compression, dehydration and charter-hire of entire gas-processing facilities, drilling and workover rig services under Integrated Project Management (cementing, geophysical logging, hydro-fracturing and coiled tubing), and production-enhancement contracts for mature fields. It earns primarily through long-term charter-hire and service contracts rather than owning hydrocarbon reserves itself. Through its 75%-owned subsidiary Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited, acquired via the IBC route in January 2023, it also provides offshore support services including accommodation barges and platform support vessels. It further acquired Kandla Energy and Chemicals Limited in March 2025 (merger effective March 2026) for backward integration into in-house chemical and hydrocarbon fluid sourcing.
