What to watch
- Geopolitical uncertainty, volatile raw materials, and cautious customer buying continue to impact the operating environment.

What Filatex India Limited does
Filatex India manufactures polyester filament yarn through a fully integrated melt-to-yarn value chain — polymerisation into chips, then Partially Oriented Yarn (POY), Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY) and Draw Textured Yarn (DTY) — plus polypropylene multifilament crimp yarns and narrow woven fabrics used for carpets, tapes and ribbons. Its yarns feed apparel, womenswear and innerwear, athleisure and outerwear, home textiles, industrial and healthcare/medtech end-uses, sold across domestic and export markets. The company is also building a textile-to-textile chemical recycling business, Ecosis (under wholly owned subsidiary Texfil Private Limited/Ecosis Ltd), to convert end-of-life polyester textiles into virgin-grade recycled polymer and yarn.
