What K C P does

The KCP Limited manufactures cement at two plants in Macherla and Muktyala (Andhra Pradesh) and runs a dedicated cement packing plant at Arakkonam, Tamil Nadu, alongside a Heavy Engineering manufacturing unit at Thiruvottiyur, Chennai. It generates captive power for its operations through hydel, thermal, waste-heat-recovery, solar and wind installations across its Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu sites. The group also operates the Mercure Hyderabad KCP hotel in Somajiguda, Hyderabad, and manufactures sugar through its Vietnam subsidiary, KCP Vietnam Industries Limited, in addition to a heavy-engineering joint venture, Fives-Cail KCP Limited, that makes sugar-plant machinery.
