MSP Steel & Power Limited runs an integrated steel plant at Jamgaon in Raigarh district, Chhattisgarh, converting iron ore and coal into pellet, sponge iron and billets that feed downstream rolling into TMT bars, structural sections (H/I beams, channels, angles, round bars) and binding wire, alongside a captive power unit. It sells under the MSP TMT Bars, MSP Premium TMT Bars and MSP Structurals brands through a pan-India dealer network, with core markets in Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and Maharashtra, serving construction, infrastructure, automotive and general-engineering customers. Iron ore is sourced via OMC auctions, private mine tie-ups in Odisha and concentrate from Katni (Madhya Pradesh), while coal is secured through Coal India linkage auctions, with coal washery operations integrated into the plant.
