What TIL Limited does

TIL Limited designs and manufactures mobile cranes, rough-terrain and truck cranes, and material-handling equipment such as ReachStackers, forklift trucks and empty container handlers, alongside specialised equipment for the Indian Army, Air Force and Navy. It earns through its own TIL-branded crane range plus exclusive Indian manufacturing/marketing tie-ups with global OEMs Manitowoc (Grove cranes), Hyster-Yale (ReachStackers, forklifts, container handlers) and Snorkel Europe (aerial work platforms), selling to defence, mining, ports, construction, steel, railways and petrochemical customers. It is part of the Gainwell Group, which acquired a controlling stake via Indocrest Defence Services Private Limited in 2024.
