What Pace Digitek Limited does

Pace Digitek is an integrated telecom-and-energy infrastructure platform that manufactures telecom power systems, lithium-ion batteries and containerized Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) at its own Karnataka plants, and separately executes EPC projects for telecom towers, optical fiber networks, power infrastructure, solar plants and grid-scale BESS/transmission-and-distribution assets. Beyond one-time project execution, it also owns and operates select energy assets under a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) model for long-term contracted revenue, and provides post-deployment warranty, AMC and O&M services to telecom operators, PSUs and utilities. The company began as a power-products manufacturer in 2007 and diversified into telecom infrastructure, energy management and BESS manufacturing through subsequent acquisitions and capacity build-outs.
