TeamLease is a people-supply-chain company that recruits, employs and deploys contract/temp associates at over 4,000 employer clients across sectors (general and specialised staffing), earning fees for the workforce it puts on client rolls. It also runs India's Degree Apprenticeship (DA) programme under the Apprentices Act, and an 'Other HR Services' arm covering HR-tech/payroll SaaS, regulatory-compliance services (RegTech) and ed-tech/skilling (TL Skill University, TL EdTech) that trains students for employability.
