TSF Investments Limited (formerly Sundaram Finance Holdings Limited) is an RBI-classified exempted Core Investment Company that holds equity stakes in group companies of the TSF Group, promoted by the late Mr T S Santhanam of the erstwhile TVS group. It earns mainly through dividends and its share of profit from associate companies engaged in auto-ancillary manufacturing — braking systems, turbochargers, wheels and air suspension components, iron castings, precision die-cast parts, and automotive spare-parts distribution. Beyond its investment book, the company directly owns three subsidiaries: Axles India Limited (axle housings for commercial vehicles), Forge 2000 Private Limited (forged automotive components), and Sundaram Business Services Limited (outsourcing services for overseas, mainly Australian, clients).
