Choice International is a diversified, tech-enabled financial services conglomerate operating through three reporting segments: Broking & Distribution (stock broking, wealth-product distribution and insurance broking, delivered via the Choice FinX app), Advisory (government infrastructure consulting, government advisory and investment banking/IPO mandates), and NBFC lending (secured MSME, micro-LAP and rooftop-solar financing through subsidiary Choice Finserv). It earns through brokerage and distribution commissions, consulting/advisory fees on government and infrastructure mandates, and interest income on its NBFC loan book. The group reaches clients through a nationwide branch and franchisee/business-associate network extending into Tier II/III and rural India, and is expanding into asset management with subsidiary Choice AMC awaiting SEBI approval to launch Choice Mutual Fund.
