What Creditaccess Grameen Limited does

CreditAccess Grameen is an NBFC-Microfinance Institution that provides collateral-free joint-liability-group loans, and increasingly individual retail loans, to low-income women entrepreneurs and households across rural and semi-urban India. Its core group-lending model funds income generation and life-cycle needs such as water, sanitation, education, medical and festival expenses, while a growing retail-finance line offers secured Individual Business Loans and Affordable Housing/Mortgage Loans to customers graduating to larger ticket sizes. The company originates and services these loans through a branch-led, doorstep-collection network, supplemented by the Grameen Mahi customer app for digital onboarding and repayments.
