What Allcargo Logistics Limited does

Allcargo Logistics runs two linked lines of business: an international supply-chain arm (ECU Worldwide) that consolidates less-than-container-load (LCL) and neutral full-container-load (FCL) ocean freight and air freight for cross-border shippers, and a domestic arm combining ground/air express parcel distribution (AllcargoGATI brand) with contract logistics — 3PL warehousing, in-plant logistics, milk-run and JIT/JIS supply for automotive, chemical, e-commerce, retail and electronics customers. It earns freight and logistics service fees per shipment/tonne/CBM handled and per square foot of warehousing managed, using a mix of company-owned and franchisee/vendor-operated trucks, hubs and warehouses rather than owning vessels or aircraft. The company has been consolidating its express and consultative (contract) logistics units to cross-sell to shared corporate accounts.

Guidance record · Q1 FY27

what the last two calls moved 16 tracked 1 delivered 5 missed 10 open
  • NCLT Approval Timeline delivered said Q3 FY25 Promised: Our expectation is that somewhere by April, we should be able to kind of get this approval through. Q1 FY27: No new update. Promise previously achieved.
  • Operational Outsourcing Cost Savings went quiet said Q1 FY26 Promised: The operational part which should have also led to a similar amount [to $1.5M] is kind of delayed by two quarters... pushed back closer to the year-end quarter, the December end quarter. Q1 FY27: No mention of the specific $1.5M savings target. The promise remains unaddressed.
  • Warehouse Space Expansion at risk said Q4 FY26 Promised: we have a plan to add 0.5 million square feet additional on the warehouse space and that would be done largely on an asset-light approach. Q1 FY27: Total warehouse space decreased from 8.0M to 7.5M sq ft due to a deliberate effort to reduce 'white space'. This is contrary to the initial expansion plan.
