Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited is a Reserve Bank of India-registered non-banking financial company (NBFC) that provides retail asset financing across rural and semi-urban India, primarily for vehicles and farm equipment. Its core business is originating and servicing loans for passenger vehicles, pre-owned vehicles, commercial vehicles and construction equipment, tractors, three-wheelers, SME borrowers, and farm implements, sourced through the Mahindra Group dealer network as well as its own regional offices organised into seven circles spanning most Indian states. Beyond core vehicle and equipment financing, the company operates through subsidiaries and associates in rural housing finance, insurance broking, overseas lending in Sri Lanka, and asset management, and has built a digital lending stack (Udaan) and AI-based tools for underwriting and collections.
