What Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited does

Aptus Value Housing Finance is a retail-focused housing finance company that lends to self-employed customers in semi-urban and rural Tier-2/3/4 locations, primarily first-time home buyers and small-business owners. It writes home loans and quasi-home loans through the HFC entity and secured, non-housing small business loans through a wholly-owned NBFC subsidiary, with all loans secured against property. The company runs a fully in-house model — its own staff handle origination, credit, legal/technical appraisal and collections rather than outsourcing to DSAs — supported by a mobile-first digital loan-origination and collections platform.
