Bajaj Housing Finance Limited is a housing finance company (HFC) and part of the Bajaj Group, lending across the full mortgage product suite: retail home loans (salaried prime, self-employed/professional prime, and near-prime/affordable), loans against property (LAP), and commercial mortgage products — lease rental discounting (LRD) against rent-generating commercial/retail/industrial properties, and developer/construction finance for residential and commercial projects. It sources customers through a mix of direct-to-customer channels, developer/intermediary relationships and digital/self-sourcing, and originally started with prime salaried home loans before expanding into the other mortgage sub-segments. Its organisation is structured into three business verticals — Retail Prime, Retail Near-Prime & Affordable, and Commercial (LRD and Developer Finance) — each with dedicated sales and credit teams.
